I think this city resembles several Eastern European city's, East Berlin or Warsaw, Minsk and Moscow etc.

Nice, as always. You really bring out the joy of carefree Communist architecture. Sorry, couldn't resist. =D

But really, if your picture is accurate, I'd rather look at those buildings than at the dreck we've got down here in the land of concrete.

If i never see North Miami again it'll be too soon.
